Returns & Exchanges at Shaggy

We want you to love your Shaggy style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as our fabrics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Shaggy garment tags and protective seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
